Food was great, wait staff was awesome. Bloody Mary could have been better. All in all a good experience. Havent been to Olive garden in years. And was well worth it.

The service was great. I had the ziti, stuffed shells and gnocchi soup. The ziti was rather hard and dry. But the shells were delicious full of cheese and properly sauced. The gnocchi soup was good. It had chicken and enough gnocchi in it to satisfy me. All in all it was a good experience. I'd go again.

Olive Garden does not take reservations, unless it is a large party.
I don't drink so I am not sure but I sort of think they do.
I've not had a bad experience there but in general I find the services in the north bay to be lacking in enthusiasm and that finer special touch I usually find in other areas. It's not bad just lacking the special touch. So, the waiter might not have been paying attention or forgot.
